Profile

Technology leader with two decades building software and fifteen years leading the teams that ship it. Most of that was as CTO of a Philippine consumer technology company, where I built and ran a 25-person engineering organization across backend, frontend, QA, data and product.

I now run Mettle, an AI operations outfit for Philippine businesses, and teach information systems at Ateneo de Manila University. The thread through all of it is the same question: how teams actually adopt a new way of working, as opposed to how they say they will.

Founded an AI operations outfit for Philippine businesses, covering assessment, installation and ongoing operation.

  • Built the delivery model, service offering and commercial approach end to end.
  • Designed the engagement method: a written diagnostic, an opportunity map, a governance policy and a monthly operating review, run the same way every time.
  • Advise owners and operating teams on where AI changes what the business can do, then install and operate the workflows and standards that keep it working.
