I help leadership teams and operating teams adopt AI in the way work actually gets done. My work focuses on AI fluency, workflow redesign, and practical transformation, helping teams move beyond curiosity and tool experimentation into repeatable AI-assisted habits across operations, product, engineering, sales, and management.

My approach is grounded in real operating experience. As CTO of Booky, I led technology strategy and engineering for a Philippine F&B tech platform, then drove an end-to-end AI transformation of how the company approached product delivery, technical execution, and day-to-day work. That shaped how I consult: AI adoption succeeds when it's tied to real workflows, clear quality standards, and building the capability of existing teams, not when it's treated as a tool rollout or a one-time training session.
